Our Leading Learning Plan (LLP) 2021 – 2024 is a “sustain and grow” model of school improvement. Each objective supports our model of continuous improvement, ensuring that our work is focused and strives to achieve the best outcomes for all our pupils and that it can be sustained.
We aim to sustain what we do well and grow elements that need improving. The senior leadership team constantly review and make annual adaptations and improvements to support the curriculum delivery and respond to the changing range of needs of our pupils and the city.
